RUSHBROOKE A small village of twenty houses, the farm, stud and church. There are nice walks
through the fields. We can lend you an O.S. map to follow them.
BURY ST EDMUNDS Named after the Saxon King -Saint Edmund, who was king of the East
Angles. He was killed by the Danes in 869AD. The ruins of the Abbey are surrounded by the
Abbey Gardens.
